Official Reply of the State Administration of Taxation on Deed Tax Issues Concerning Taipingwan Power Plant

This document grants a deed tax exemption for land transferred to Taipingwan Power Plant within China, based on the Sino-North Korean hydropower company agreement. It has been fully annulled as of the issuance of Announcement No. 21 of 2021 by the State Administration of Taxation.
