各设区市粮食和物资储备局、厦门市发展和改革委员会、平潭综合实验区农业农村局，省粮油质量监测所、省储备粮管理有限公司：<br>
国家粮食和物资储备局于2024年8月21日印发实施《政府粮油储备质量安全管理办法》（国粮标规〔2024〕183号），该办法体系完整、内容翔实，能够有效满足各级地方政府监督管理需要。<br>
经研究，决定废止《福建省粮食和物资储备局关于印发<福建省地方政府储备粮质量安全管理实施细则>的通知》（闽粮仓〔2021〕94号），自2026年4月1日起施行。<br>
