The State Council executive meeting, chaired by Premier Li Qiang, approved the Action Plan for Green and Low-Carbon Development of Manufacturing (2025-2027), discussed measures to further improve the horizontal ecological compensation mechanism, and reviewed a draft amendment to the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.
