class="view TRS_UEDITOR trs_paper_default trs_word">为深入推进科学立法、民主立法、依法立法，促进政府规章有效实施，切实提高地方规章立法质量，根据《自治区人民政府办公厅关于印发自治区人民政府2023—2027年立法规划和自治区人民政府2023年度立法工作计划》（宁政办发〔2023〕15号）有关要求，自治区审计厅组织对《宁夏回族自治区政府投资项目审计办法》（以下简称《办法》）的实施情况开展立法后评估工作。<br>
本次评估将围绕《办法》的合法性、合理性、协调性、规范性、可操作性、效益性等立法质量方面，通过征求意见、问卷调查、座谈论证等方式进行调查研究、汇总分析，并形成后评估报告。<br>
