为落实国务院水资源税改革要求，省人民政府决定停止执行《湖南省取水许可和水资源费征收管理办法》第八条第一款和第二款、第九条、第十条、第十一条、第十二条、第十三条、第十四条等涉及水资源费征收的规定。<br>
本决定自公布之日起施行。<br>
