Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on Tax Issues Concerning Volga-Dnepr Airlines of Russia

This notice forwards a circular from the Civil Aviation Administration of China regarding Volga-Dnepr Airlines' scheduled cargo flights from Ulyanovsk to Tianjin and other locations, and instructs local tax authorities to exempt the airline's income from cargo operations in China and the personal income of its Russian employees from business tax and individual income tax, in accordance with the China-USSR civil aviation transport agreement.
