Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on the Collection of Individual Income Tax from Directors of Foreign-Invested Enterprises Holding Direct Management Positions

This notice addresses the individual income tax treatment for directors of foreign-invested enterprises who also hold direct management positions. However, as per a later document (Guo Shui Fa [2009] No. 121), Article 1 of this notice has been suspended since August 17, 2009.
