Notice on Printing and Using the Certificate Forms for Exemption from Enterprise Income Tax and Business Tax on Shipping Income of Foreign Companies

This notice provides the official forms for foreign companies to claim exemption from enterprise income tax and business tax on their shipping income, effective from March 1, 2002. It also notes that the enterprise income tax provisions were abolished as of August 1, 2014.
