Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on Adjusting the Scope of Consolidated Tax Payment Member Enterprises of China Poly Group Corporation

This notice specifies the addition and removal of member enterprises of China Poly Group Corporation for consolidated corporate income tax purposes, effective from 2006, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Administration of Taxation.
