各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、地方税务局：<br> 《中华人民共和国政府和塔吉克斯坦共和国政府对所得和财产避免双重征税和防止偷漏税的协定》，已于2008年8月27日由中国外交部部长杨洁篪和塔吉克斯坦财政部部长纳日穆基诺夫分别代表各自政府在杜尚别正式签署。该协定还有待于双方完成各自所需法律程序后生效执行。现将该协定文本印发给你们，请做好执行前的准备工作。　　附件：《中华人民共和国政府和塔吉克斯坦共和国政府对所得和财产避免双重征税和防止偷漏税的协定》.doc<br> 二〇〇八年九月五日
