各有关单位：为贯彻落实《财政部工业和信息化部科技部发展改革委关于进一步完善新能源汽车推广应用财政补贴政策的通知》(财建〔2019〕138号)、《财政部工业和信息化部交通运输部发展改革委关于支持新能源公交车推广应用的通知》（财建〔2019〕213号）等文件要求，规范新能源汽车推广应用财政专项资金管理，提高财政专项资金使用效益,我委制定了《深圳市2019-2020年新能源汽车推广应用财政补贴实施细则》。经市政府同意，现予印发，请认真贯彻执行。特此通知。深圳市发展和改革委员会 2020年2月18日
