依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条第一款第二项，有第一款第十项情形之一，未收回机动车驾驶证的，应当公告机动车驾驶证作废。经成都市公安局交通警察支队转递撤销驾驶许可决定,我所依法对上述机动车驾驶证进行撤销，现对未收回机动车驾驶证的决定公告作废。 特此公告 附件：2019年机动车驾驶证注销公告作废信息表（撤销） 深圳市公安局交通警察局 车辆管理所 2019年6月11日
