按照省民政厅要求，经请示市政府决定，自2015年1月1日起，将全市城乡低保保障标准提高70元，由每人每月430元提高到每人每月500元；财政补助水平提高60元，由每人每月264元提高到每人每月324元，自2015年1月1日起补发，并于2015年4季度全部补发到位。
