Notice of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government on Prohibiting New Construction Projects and Population Relocation within the Embankment Project Area of the Songhua River and Nenjiang River Main Streams in Zhaoyuan County

This notice prohibits the approval of new construction projects and the relocation of population into the designated embankment project area along the Songhua and Nenjiang rivers in Zhaoyuan County, in accordance with the State Council regulation on land acquisition and resettlement for large and medium-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects.
