英国于2020年1月31日正式退出欧盟，其脱欧过渡期于2020年12月31日截止。现就英国脱欧过渡期结束后，涉欧盟贸易救济调查及措施有关事项公告如下：
<br>
一、在2020年12月31日前已对欧盟实施的贸易救济措施，继续适用于欧盟和英国，实施期限不变。
<br>
二、目前正在调查过程中的对欧盟贸易救济案件，仍将英国视同于欧盟成员国处理。
<br>
三、在2020年12月31日后对欧盟新发起的贸易救济调查及复审案件，不再将英国作为欧盟成员国处理。
<br>
因英国脱欧事宜导致情况发生重大变化的，有关利害关系方可向调查机关提出申请，商务部将根据相关法律规定进行审查并作出是否复审或调整措施的决定。
