Notice of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Adjusting the Deduction Ratio of Original Property Value for Property Tax

This notice adjusts the deduction ratio of original property value for property tax calculation in Shanghai from the previous rate to 30%, effective from January 1, 2019, in accordance with the Interim Regulations on Property Tax of the People's Republic of China.
