根据2021年9月9日国务院发布的《关于废止部分行政法规的决定》精神，经研究，市政府决定，废止2017年7月31日印发的《上海市社会抚养费征收管理若干规定》（沪府发〔2017〕52号），自2022年1月21日起生效。<br>
特此通知。<br>
