This notice adjusts the income eligibility threshold for low-rent housing applications to expand coverage and accelerate the resolution of housing difficulties for low-income urban families.

上海市人民政府关于调整本市廉租住房收入准入标准的通知<br>
各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
为继续扩大本市廉租住房受益面，加快解决城市低收入家庭住房困难，市政府决定，调整本市廉租住房收入准入标准。<br>
调整后，廉租家庭的收入准入标准为，申请家庭申请之月前连续6个月人均月可支配收入低于1100元（含1100元）。特殊家庭的收入准入标准仍按原规定执行。廉租家庭的财产准入标准和住房困难面积标准维持不变。<br>
调整后的本市廉租住房收入准入标准自今年8月1日起执行。<br>
特此通知。<br>
