Notice of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Adjusting the Income Eligibility Standards for Low-Rent Housing

This document raises the income threshold for low-rent housing eligibility in Shanghai to a per capita monthly disposable income below 1,100 yuan for the six consecutive months prior to application, effective August 1, 2010, to expand coverage for low-income urban families.
