上海市人民政府令<br> 第73号 <br> 《上海市人民政府关于废止〈上海市计划生育条例实施细则〉的决定》已经2007年6月19日市政府第146次常务会议通过，现予公布。 <br> 市长 韩正 <br> 二○○七年六月二十一日 <br> 上海市人民政府关于废止《上海市计划生育条例实施细则》的决定 <br> （2007年6月21日上海市人民政府令第73号公布） <br> 鉴于《上海市计划生育条例》已被废止，市政府决定，废止1990年10月11日上海市人民政府令第39号发布、1993年8月2日上海市人民政府令第41号第一次修正、1996年10月30日上海市人民政府令第34号第二次修正并重新发布的《上海市计划生育条例实施细则》。
