沪府〔2016〕5号<br> 上海市人民政府关于同意实施《建筑施工颗粒物控制标准》的批复<br> 市环保局、市质量技监局：<br> 沪环保科〔2015〕533号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《建筑施工颗粒物控制标准》（DB31/964-2016）为本市地方污染物排放标准，自2016年6月1日起实施。请自行印发该标准并会同有关部门和单位按此执行。<br> 特此批复。<br> 上海市人民政府<br> 2016年1月13日
