  为贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，积极应对疫情影响，发挥中央预算内投资引导带动作用，加强项目事中事后监管，我们对2016年4月印发的《中西部地区铁路项目中央预算内投资管理暂行办法》（发改基础〔2016〕747号）进行了修订。现印发给你们，请按照执行。<br>
