  为贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，发挥中央预算内投资引导带动作用，按照客货并重、新建改扩建并举的原则，积极支持“十四五”铁路项目建设，加强项目事中事后监管，我们对《中西部地区铁路项目中央预算内投资管理暂行办法（修订版）》（发改基础规〔2020〕1079号）进行了修订，形成了《铁路项目中央预算内投资专项管理暂行办法》。现印发给你们，请按照执行。<br>
