针对《深圳市2024年绩效审计工作报告》中指出“城中村综合治理和城市更新统筹管理不到位，加大产业导入力度，推进闲置产业用房盘活，全面提升产业空间要素保障”的问题，我中心高度重视，严格按照审计要求积极开展整改工作，现将相关情况公示如下： 我区完善优化创新型产业用房政策，大力推进招商引资去空置化工作，龙华区融创智汇大厦去化率达 95.76%。深圳市龙华区投资推广和企业服务中心2025年5月20日
