深建规〔2025〕2号各有关单位：我局印发的《深圳市建设工程工期管理办法》（深建规〔2015〕4号）于2015年3月27日起实施，有效期至2025年3月26日。为规范建设工程工期管理，合理确定和有效控制建设工程工期，我局决定对《深圳市建设工程工期管理办法》有效期予以延长，实体内容不变，有效期延长至2028年3月26日。特此通知。附件：《深圳市建设工程工期管理办法》深圳市住房和建设局 2025年3月12日
