各有关单位： 为规范人才住房和保障性住房的配建程序,确保人才住房和保障性住房的建设质量和居住品质，我局于2017年8月17日印发实施 《深圳市人才住房和保障性住房配建管理办法》 （深建规〔2017〕7号），该规范性文件将于2022年8月17日满有效期。经研究，因工作需要，现根据《深圳市行政机关规范性文件管理规定》第三十三条规定，发布续期通知，该规范性文件有效期满后继续实施，实体内容不变，续期1年，有效期至2023年8月17日。 特此通知。深圳市住房和建设局2022年7月19日
