江府〔2012〕45号 各市、区人民政府，市直各单位： 在第14届伦敦残奥会上，我市优秀运动员刘辅梁、李汉华顽强拼搏，奋勇争先，取得了2金1银1铜的优异成绩，为国家赢得了荣誉，为侨乡增添了光彩；江门市残疾人联合会、江门市体育局、江门市体校、开平市残疾人联合会、开平市体育局、鹤山市残疾人联合会、鹤山市体育局等单位在发掘、输送、培养、组织和训练运动员中作出了积极贡献。 为表彰先进，树立典型，推动我市残疾人事业健康发展，市政府决定对刘辅梁、李汉华和江门市残疾人联合会、江门市体育局、江门市体校、开平市残疾人联合会、开平市体育局、鹤山市残疾人联合会、鹤山市体育局予以通报表彰。 希望受表彰的运动员和单位认真总结经验，戒骄戒躁，再接再厉，再创佳绩。希望广大残疾人学习刘辅梁、李汉华自强不息，勇于拼搏的精神，积极投身到我市经济社会建设中去。同时，市政府号召全社会进一步弘扬人道主义精神，切实关心和帮助残疾人，为实现我市残疾人事业继续走在全省前列作出积极的贡献。 江门市人民政府 2012年9月14日
