Notice on Continuing the Implementation of Several Opinions on Resolving Historical Real Estate Registration Issues in Jiangmen City Center
关于继续执行解决江门市区中心城区历史遗留房地产登记问题若干意见的通知
This notice extends the implementation period of a 2009 policy for resolving historical real estate registration issues in Jiangmen's central urban area by two years, and reassigns administrative responsibility to the newly formed Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.

江府办函［2011］300号 蓬江区、江海区人民政府，市有关单位： 《转发市建设局市房产局关于解决江门市区中心城区历史遗留房地产登记问题若干意见的通知》（江府办［2009］72号）于 2009年 8月 1日起 执行，暂定实施2年，现期限已届满。鉴于现阶段我市相关工作要求及机构改革等原因，经市人民政府同意，《关于解决江门市区中心城区历史遗留房地产登记问题的若干意见》继续执行，现就有关问题通知如下： 一、鉴于原拟文单位市建设局、市房产局已于2010年撤销，并新组建市住房城乡建设局，对文中确定由原市建设局、原市房产局负责的工作，统一明确为由市住房城乡建设局负责。 二、实施时间延期2年，即延至 2013年 7月 31日 结束。 附件：《转发市建设局市房产局关于解决江门市区中心城区历史遗留房地产登记问题若干意见的通知》（江府办［2009］72号） 江门市人民政府办公室 二○ 一一年十二月二十三日 抄送：新会区、台山市、开平市、鹤山市、恩平市人民政府。
