This notice terminates several previous local documents that allowed reduction or exemption of urban infrastructure supporting fees in Pengjiang and Jianghai Districts, effective February 25, 2008, and requires that any future exemptions must be approved by the municipal government in accordance with national and provincial regulations.

江门市人民政府办公室文件 江府办［2008］14号 关于停止减免蓬江区江海区 城市基础设施配套费的通知 各市、区人民政府，市直有关单位： 根据《财政部关于加强政府非税收入管理的通知》（财综［2004］53号）及省物价局、省财政厅《关于公布现行省定行政事业性收费项目目录的通知》（粤价［2007］103号）精神，经市政府市长办公会议研究决定，江府办［2001］17号、江府办［2006］46号、江府办［2007］13号等有关减免（抵顶）城市基础设施配套费的文件停止执行。国家、省有关政策规定可实行减免的建设项目，由申请者提出书面申请，报市政府审批。 本通知从2008年2月25日起执行，各市、新会区政府参照执行。 江门市人民政府办公室 二○○八年三月十日 （采集：赵岚 编审：叶海林）
