深卫健规〔2022〕4号各有关单位： 随着生育政策的调整，原市卫生计生委印发的《深圳市计划生育证明管理办法》（深卫计规〔2018〕3号）已经不适应我市新时期促进人口长期均衡发展的要求。根据《深圳市行政机关规范性文件管理规定》（深圳市人民政府令第305号）相关规定，经研究，决定自2022年7月16日起废止《深圳市计划生育证明管理办法》（深卫计规〔2018〕3号）。 特此通知。市卫生健康委2022年7月5日
