深卫健规〔2022〕3号各有关单位： 由于生育政策调整，病残儿医学鉴定工作不再开展，我委印发的《深圳市病残儿医学鉴定管理办法》（深卫健规〔2019〕2号）已无需继续执行。根据《深圳市行政机关规范性文件管理规定》（深圳市人民政府令第305号）相关规定，经研究，决定自2022年7月15日起废止《深圳市病残儿医学鉴定管理办法》（深卫健规〔2019〕2号）。市卫生健康委2022年7月5日
