各物业服务企业： 今年以来，广大物业服务企业坚守疫情防控一线，积极贯彻落实市委市政府疫情防控决策部署，筑牢群防群控防线，体现了“最后一百米”的专业服务价值，为广大人民群众的生命安全和身心健康筑起了坚实屏障，彰显了物业行业的责任和担当。 为充分发挥先进典型的引领作用，在行业内树立榜样，根据各企业在物业管理区域防控、围合管理、应急处置、组织志愿服务等履行防控职责和承担社会责任方面的具体表现，经综合评审和社会公示，现决定对在上一阶段疫情防控工作中表现优秀的深圳市万科物业服务有限公司等69家物业服务企业进行表彰（名单详见附件）。 希望受到表彰的物业服务企业珍惜荣誉、再接再厉，充分发挥模范带头作用，持续做好精准化、常态化疫情防控工作，为打赢疫情防控阻击战和推动我市经济社会发展做出新的贡献。 附件：深圳市疫情防控表现优秀企业名单深圳市住房和建设局2022年4月27日
