依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十八条第二款规定，机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内累积记分达到12分，拒不参加学习，也不接受考试的，由公安机关交通管理部门公告其机动车驾驶证停止使用。现依法公告下列机动车驾驶证停止使用。 附件：2022年1月驾驶证记分满分停止使用信息表 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2022年3月3日
