依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条第一款第二项至第十项情形之一，未收回机动车驾驶证的，应当公告机动车驾驶证作废；经统计对机动车驾驶证依法被吊销或驾驶许可依法被撤销的，决定公告上述机动车驾驶证作废。特此公告附件：机动车驾驶证依法吊销公告作废信息表（2021年第四季度）深圳市公安局交通警察局车辆管理所 2022年1月17日
