根据我局行政执法工作需要，依据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》、《中华人民共和国行政强制法》等法律规定，我局决定自2022年2月7日起，启用“深圳市住房和建设局执法专用章”。现将有关事项公告如下： 一、“深圳市住房和建设局执法专用章”的适用范围限于我局实施的行政检查、行政处罚、行政强制等执法行为。 二、“深圳市住房和建设局执法专用章”在上述相关行政执法文书上使用时，与“深圳市住房和建设局”公章具有同等法律效力。 特此公告。 附件：深圳市住房和建设局执法专用章印模样式深圳市住房和建设局2022年1月17日
