各有关单位： 为进一步促进我市装配式建筑发展，我局按照《深圳市住房和建设局关于组织申报深圳市第二批装配式建筑产业基地的通知》《深圳市装配式建筑产业基地管理办法》（深建规〔2018〕10号）规定，组织对深圳市第二批装配式建筑产业基进行了认定，现将名单予以公布（详见附件）。请被认定为深圳市装配式建筑产业基地的企业按照《深圳市装配式建筑产业基地管理办法》（深建规〔2018〕10号）的相关要求，扎实推进装配式建筑各项工作，及时探索总结发展经验，报送年度工作总结，切实发挥示范引领作用。我局将对装配式建筑产业基地实施监督管理，定期开展评估，评估不合格的予以撤销认定。 联系人：朱亮，联系电话：0755-83787861 附件：深圳市第二批装配式建筑产业基地名单深圳市住房和建设局2022年1月10日
