各有关单位： 根据《关于在招标投标领域推行“双随机、一公开”监管机制的通知》（粤发改法规函〔2021〕1171号）、《深圳市住房和建设局关于在招标投标领域推行“双随机、一公开”监管机制的通知》有关要求，我局开展了2021年度招标投标领域“双随机、一公开”第二次抽查工作，抽查范围招标项目总数为1745个，共完成60个招标项目的检查工作（检查比例为3.4%；其中近一年内开展的招标项目51个，占检查项目的85%）。 本次检查重点为投标资格条件要求（投标人资质要求、项目负责人资格要求、业绩要求）和资信要素设置两个方面，60个招标项目中，16个投标人资质要求存在问题，7个项目负责人资格要求存在问题，6个资信要素设置存在问题，后续我局将按照相关规定进行处理。 现将检查结果在我局门户网站及深圳市“双随机、一公开”监管平台予以公示（详见附件）。 附件：检查结果公示表深圳市住房和建设局2021年12月31日
