经查，深圳市建设工程运输车辆协会(统一社会信用代码: 51440300MJL199977B)存在以下问题： 开展的活动违反其他法律、法规，有关国家机关依法认为社会团体的违法活动应当撤销登记。违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十一条【社会团体的活动违反其他法律、法规的，由有关国家机关依法处理；有关国家机关认为应当撤销登记的，由登记管理机关撤销登记】的规定。 根据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十一条【社会团体的活动违反其他法律、法规的，由有关国家机关依法处理；有关国家机关认为应当撤销登记的，由登记管理机关撤销登记】及《深圳市民政部门行政处罚自由裁量权适用规则》《深圳市民政部门行政处罚自由裁量权基准表》（社会团体）第（10）项的规定，2021年12月16日，深圳市民政局依法作出行政处罚决定，给予深圳市建设工程运输车辆协会撤销登记的行政处罚。 特此公告。 深圳市民政局 2021年12月20日
