根据《深圳市大鹏新区关于支持总部企业和高成长性企业发展的若干措施》（深鹏管规〔2020〕1号）第十一条规定：“经大鹏新区认定且未取得用地的总部企业和高成长性企业，申请租用大鹏新区创新型产业用房，租金价格按照同片区同档次产业用房市场评估价格的30%-50%收取。”第十二条规定：“对经大鹏新区认定且未取得用地的总部企业和高成长性企业租用的除大鹏新区创新型产业用房外的总部办公用房，前三年给予办公用房租赁补助，采用事后报销制，按实际租金的50%-70%，对租赁面积在1000平方米以下部分，按每月每平方米不超过25元予以扶持。高成长性企业享受的扶持额最高为50万元。”
