深圳市气象台2021年10月11日11时在全市陆地和海区发布台风白色预警，全市（含深汕）台风白色和强季风蓝色预警信号生效中。受冷空气前锋影响，我市沿海海区和高地已出现7级阵风，今天白天最大阵风将达到8级左右；目前台风“圆规”位于深圳东南方1200公里的菲律宾以东洋面，伴随台风逐渐靠近，预计受其外围环流和冷空气共同影响，今天夜间至13日我市风力会进一步加大，请留意我台的最新预报预警信息，并做好各项防风措施。 防御指引 1、进入台风注意状态，居民关注台风最新消息和防御通知； 2、港口和水上设施、船舶经营管理单位立即启动防台风预案，采取防台风措施或者做好防台风准备，海上作业人员主动做好避风准备； 3、政府及相关部门按照预案做好台风应对工作。 来源：深圳市气象台
