依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条第一款第二项，有第一款第七项情形之一，未收回机动车驾驶证的，应当公告机动车驾驶证作废。经统计，对超过机动车驾驶证有效期一年以上未换证的，决定公告上述机动车驾驶证作废。 特此公告 附件：1. 驾驶证逾期一年以上未换证注销 2. C5逾期未提交身体条件证明注销 深圳市公安局交通警察局 车辆管理所 2021年9月9日
