深水函〔2021〕235号各有关单位： 《中共深圳市委 深圳市人民政府关于印发〈深圳市建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区的行动方案（2019-2025年）〉的通知》(深发〔2019〕3号）提出深圳应率先实现自来水全城直饮。为实现2025年建成自来水直饮城市，增强市民幸福感、获得感、安全感。近年来，我市相继出台《优质饮用水工程技术规程》SJG 16、《二次供水设施技术规程》SJG 79等系列地方标准，规范供水设施建设标准。为确保新建项目达到自来水可直饮标准，从本通知印发之日起，政府投资项目应从立项阶段、社会投资项目应从取得建设工程规划许可证起，严格执行《优质饮用水工程技术规程》SJG16、《二次供水设施技术规程》SJG79等标准要求，提高供水设施建设质量。 特此通知。 深圳市水务局 深圳市住房和建设局 2021年8月2日
