深人社规〔2021〕3号各有关单位： 为贯彻落实国家“简政放权、放管结合、优化服务”改革要求，根据《深圳市行政机关规范性文件管理规定》，现决定废止《深圳市人力资源和社会保障局行政许可实施办法》（深人社规〔2012〕19号）。本通知自2021年8月5日起施行，相关行政许可服务事项按照相关法律法规规定和我局权责清单公布的条件、程序、时限等办理。 特此通知。 深圳市人力资源和社会保障局 2021年8月4日
