机构名称：深圳市建筑工程质量安全监督总站主要职责：一、贯彻执行建筑工程建设有关质量、安全、文明施工的法律法规、规章制度和标准。二、受市住房和建设行政主管部门委托，负责市级以上财政资金投资建设的建筑工程、独立占地的市本级保障性住房工程及技术难度高、体量巨大的公共建筑和市政府指定项目的质量安全监管等工作。三、抽查所监督工程的建设责任主体履行质量、安全责任情况，并重点抽查涉及工程地基基础、主体结构和主要使用功能的工程实体质量以及重大风险源的安全状况。四、受市住房和建设行政主管部门委托，对区级质量安全监督机构履职履责情况进行再监督，制订建设项目的综合评价报告。五、受市住房和建设行政主管部门委托，负责开展建设项目在交付使用前的质量查验工作。六、依法处理与所监督工程质量、施工安全相关的投诉、举报。七、参与所监督工程质量安全事故的调查处理。八、完成市住房建设局交办的其他任务。办公地址： 深圳市福田区莲花路2030号安监大厦
