2023全国文化遗产旅游案例“百强案例”<br>
梁厝街区自2020年开街以来，本着“还原历史、修旧还旧、传承文化、活化利用”的保护规划理念，现引入省市非遗项目5项，举办非遗研学数百场，参与人数近千人，非遗主题活动逐步构建起“以观光旅游为基础，以文化旅游为主导，以城市休闲度假为特色”的综合型文旅产品体系。<br>
2023年梁厝特色历史文化街区荣获“福建省首批重点影视外景拍摄基地”“福州市科学家精神教育基地”，2024年荣获“福州市中小学生研学实践教育基地”等称号。<br>
梁厝特色历史文化街区在保护古厝的同时，这片“都市最美村落”也正积极探索“非遗+”的新路径，打造可持续发展的非遗生态圈。<br>
