为深入贯彻中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于进一步深化税收征管改革的意见》，落实国家全面数字化电子发票（以下简称“数电发票”）推广部署，推进我省高速公路通行费发票电子化转型，节约社会资源、践行绿色低碳发展理念，提升收费站通行效率，决定自2026年7月1日零时起，全省高速公路收费站混合车道全面使用数电发票。现将有关事项通告如下：<br>
一、发票样式。本次使用的数电发票为税务部门监制的电子发票（普通发票），符合《国家税务总局关于推广应用全面数字化电子发票的公告》（国家税务总局公告2024年第11号）要求。<br>
二、开票渠道。车辆通行我省高速公路收费站混合车道，以现金或移动支付方式支付通行费的，在行程结束之日起1年内，通过登录福建高速官方微信小程序，进入“发票服务”，点击“非ETC支付开票”，选择对应开票方式，自行获取数电发票；以ETC方式支付通行费的，开票方式保持不变，仍通过“票根”平台获取数电发票，数电发票与纸质发票具有同等法律效力。<br>
三、咨询服务。如需协助开票的，可现场咨询收费站工作人员，或拨打12122服务热线咨询办理。<br>
