因工作需要，我厅拟对经贸大厦老干活动室及会议室、洽谈室等进行缮改造，按照《福建省工业和信息化厅采购管理暂行规定》采购程序和规定，现就该项目进行市场询价，请有资质的供应商参与报价。<br>
一、项目概况<br>
（一）项目名称:省工信厅经贸大厦老干活动室及会议室、洽谈室等修缮改造项目<br>
（二）项目最高限价：187816元<br>
（三）工期要求：总工期为30个日历天<br>
（四）修缮要求：根据我方需求，将我厅位于经贸大厦六、七层办公区部分区域空间进行优化升级，新增2间小会议室、8间资料间，并对屏山、经贸两个办公区破损墙壁进行简易维修。<br>
（五）评标方法：最低价评标法。<br>
二、供应商要求<br>
（一）投标人应具备《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件，并提交以下资质证明文件：<br>
①投标人需提供有效的营业执照副本复印件；<br>
②由法定代表人对授权代表人的授权书；<br>
③授权代表人的身份证复印件；<br>
④授权代表人的身份证复印件。<br>
（二）本招标项目要求投标人具备：具有企业营业执照及独立法人资格的企业，有建筑装修装饰工程专业承包相应资质，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。<br>
（三）本项目不接受联合体投标。<br>
四、报价文件要求<br>
（一）本项目以询价的方式进行采购，报价最低者为中标单位。请供应商按要求填报《福建省工业和信息化厅采购报价单》(详见附件），该项目报价应在187816元以内，超过视为无效报价。<br>
（二）附营业执照复印件。<br>
（三）附法人代表授权委托书原件、法人代表身份证复印件、委托代理人身份证复印件。<br>
以上材料均需加盖报价供应商单位公章，并用信封将上述资料密封，在信封封口加盖公章，不满足上述要求的报价文件视为无效报价。<br>
五、报价文件截止时间和提交方式<br>
报价文件于2023年12月19日下班前送至（或寄送）福建省福州市鼓楼区华林路78号省工信厅办公室。<br>
