福建省工业和信息化厅于2021年1月5日公告了华润水泥（龙岩曹溪）有限公司日产4500吨水泥熟料及协同处置危险废弃物升级改造建设项目产能置换方案。该公告方案因故未组织实施。现华润水泥（龙岩曹溪）有限公司申请撤销该公告，经新罗区、龙岩市工信局逐级审核报送，我厅根据《水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法（2024年本）》规定，对《福建省工业和信息化厅关于华润水泥（龙岩曹溪）有限公司日产4500吨水泥熟料及协同处置危险废弃物升级改造建设项目产能置换方案的公告》予以撤销。<br>
特此公告。<br>
