省铁路建设发展中心，各设区市发改委、重点办，厦门市住建局，平潭综合实验区经济发展局:<br>
根据省委办公厅关于2025年督查检查考核的有关要求和《福建省发展和改革委员会关于印发福建省重点项目考评办法的通知》（闽发改重产〔2021〕574号）等精神，我委组织完成2025年考核类省重点项目建设单位目标完成情况考评和参建单位工作业绩评定工作，现将考评结果通报如下：<br>
一、建设单位<br>
2025年度目标完成情况考评为较好的项目建设单位149个，较差的项目建设单位11个，其余考评为一般。<br>
二、参建单位<br>
2025年度承担的项目（合同段）工作业绩评定为A级（良好）的勘察设计单位72家、施工单位115家、监理单位89家；评定为C级（较差）的勘察设计单位4家、施工单位6家、监理单位7家；其余评定为B级（一般）；无D级（差）单位。<br>
希望考评为较好和A级的单位再接再厉，再创佳绩；考评为较差和C级的单位正视不足，举一反三，整改提升。省重点项目建设相关单位要按省委、省政府工作要求，持续深入开展“深学争优、敢为争先、实干争效”行动，结合考评结果，进一步强化督促落实，做好过程监管，以实际行动促进省重点项目建设顺利实施，力争为我省经济社会高质量发展做出更大贡献。<br>
