各设区市应急管理局，平潭综合实验区综合执法与应急管理局，厅机关各处室、各直属事业单位：<br>
根据《福建省行政机关规范性文件备案审查办法》（福建省政府令219号）要求，省应急厅对2021年12月31日以前发布的现行有效的行政规范性文件进行重新认定并集中清理，明确继续有效的行政规范性文件29件，废止或宣布失效的行政规范性文件37件，适时修改的行政规范性文件3件。现将清理结果予以公布，自通知下发之日起执行，有效期3年。<br>
