各市、县（区）应急管理局，平潭综合实验区综合执法与应急管理局：<br>
根据《福建省人民政府关于进一步规范行政审批行为改进行政审批有关工作的通知》（闽政〔2015〕68号）及省司法厅《规范性文件备案审查意见书》有关要求，现将《福建省应急管理厅关于进一步加强非煤矿山安全生产行政许可工作的通知》（闽应急规〔2024〕3号）中“建设项目基建期原则上只能延期一次且不得超过一年，逾期应当重新履行安全设施设计审查程序，其中，省应急管理厅负责安全设施设计审查的建设项目基建期延期审批委托设区市应急管理部门开展，设区市应急管理部门不得再行委托，每月延期审批情况应于次月5日前统一向省应急管理厅报告。”调整为“建设项目基建期延期审批由原安全设施设计审批部门负责，原则上只能延期一次且不得超过一年，逾期应当重新履行安全设施设计审查程序”。除此之外，非煤矿山安全生产行政许可事项仍按《福建省应急管理厅关于进一步加强非煤矿山安全生产行政许可工作的通知》（闽应急规〔2024〕3号）有关要求执行。<br>
本通知自印发之日起实施，有效期与《福建省应急管理厅关于进一步加强非煤矿山安全生产行政许可工作的通知》（闽应急规〔2024〕3号）一致。<br>
